Evidence that Fran has children and grandchildren more famous than she

Just a quick hello to say, I wonder if any of you UK people spotted this video on the BBC website today. Maybe you already thought, gosh, those kids are so beautiful, they must surely be related to Fran Hill.

No?

Okay, then. I'll tell you about it.

My son and grandchildren made a music video about what it's like to be in lock down and not able to go to school. It's pretty cute and I think it resonated with people. Local radio picked up on it and then they had a call from the Queen BBC England.

This first clip is the BBC item in which they were interviewed and Phoebe says she misses playing unicorns.

Don't we all?

This second clip is the full video  on Youtube and it's very professionally-done, though don't tell my son I told you that. Ssh!

Hope it gives you a smile. It's given me one or two!

    1. Thank you for watching, Debra! I know - I'm so pleased for them that they'll have this memory of their lock down era and the day they made it onto the BBC!

  2. I watched both clips, Phoebe is so cute, the brother too and doesn't your son look a lot like you! I hope for everyone's sake the lockdown doesn't continue too much longer, but it is better to be safe at home than go out too soon.

    1. Thanks, River, and yes, when the whole family gets together it is a bit disconcerting how all the faces are more or less the same, give or take a beard or two or slightly longer hair. At least there's no doubt of the children's provenance, ha ha.

  3. It gives me smiles all the time! I think I'm addicted. I watch it at least three times a day, much more if I'm having a downer. It's the best thing ever. In fact, you know those 2K+ views on Facebook and 1K on Youtube? Most of them are me...

    1. I have it in my head as a permanent ear worm at the moment and the other thing is, I can't now think of Phoebe without a giant pair of headphones.

  5. It was SUPERB!! I have shared far and wide. I can also brag that I walked past that drum kit on the way to the loo and read a story to two internationally renowned performers

  6. Oh my goodness, how sweet! Both of your grandchildren did such a great job. Do they always get along so well? :) A word of praise for your son as well - such a creative mind and a great dad to come up with such a project!

    1. Ha ha - I know - it looks as though they get on perfectly, doesn't it! They have their moments, though, as all siblings do. Thank you for watching - I'm so glad you enjoyed it :)
